A demonstration |
- Apply a primer to the face
- Scrape some of the desired highlighter colour out onto a palette
- Apply this to the designated areas on the face (see below)
- Blend this out using a clean brush so that the areas are not as clearly defined/have sharp edges
- Select 3 colours which you are going to use for contouring
- Apply the lightest colour to the areas on the face that you will be contouring e.g. the cheekbones, the sides of the nose, the top/sides of the forehead, and around the eyes
- Gradually build this contouring up, working in the darker colours on top of the lighter colour
- Continue blending and building this up until you are satisfied
- Powder the make-up to set it in place
